  • Forward Closing Packets to Necessary Parties
  • Prepare Amendments, Counters, Notices and Other Documents (depending on State regulations).

Your choice of closing management, listing management, lead management or special project management. Choose one, two. three or all four. Services are available by buying blocks of hours.

Management Package

No long-term commitment is required. Some companies charge up to 3 months in advance with a long-term commitment. Benefits to you include:
One payment to get started, after that you are billed weekly.
No long-term commitment.
Unused hours are not lost.
Billing occurs every week on Saturdays after the first month is complete or you have used your hours. You will receive a detailed billing statement at the end of billing cycle. Payment is due within 2 days. For example:

Sign-up Day: October 15th
Services good through: October 15 - November 15th
Next Billing Date: November 16th

At the end of every billing cycle, if you have hours that are not used they will be added to your account. You may request at any time to use any unused hours in your account. If you exceed your hours, you will need to purchase the next Package level and you will be billed the remainder of hours on the following invoice.
